Job summary
Halo Technical Solutions Global is seeking a QA/QC Manager – Electrical in Sullivan, Indiana. You will lead electrical QA/QC across construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract, regulatory, and owner requirements while guiding inspections, energization readiness, and continuous improvement.
The role requires 3–5 years in electrical inspection/quality, a Journeyman Electrician License, and strong NEC knowledge.
Qualifications
- Electrical inspection/quality experience in construction (3–5 years)
- Supervisory or management experience (1–2 years)
- Journeyman Electrician License (required)
- OSHA 30 certification (required)
- NFPA 70E certification (preferred)
- Strong NEC knowledge; able to read electrical drawings and specs
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage electrical QC programs, plans, and inspection procedures
- Lead electrical inspectors and QC foremen
- Ensure installations meet NEC, specifications, codes, and safety rules
- Oversee electrical inspections, testing, pre-energization, and verification
- Manage non-conformance processes and NCR trends
- Coordinate with AHJs, commissioning teams, and stakeholders
- Support commissioning, startup, energization readiness
- Prepare turnover documentation and closeout packages
