• Leadership of small crews (2–5 electricians) expected.

Responsibilities

• Conducts quality inspections for conduit, lighting, and basic control systems.
• Inspects installation of motor feeders and related components.
• Provides on-site coaching and training to improve job site quality.
• Ensures safety checks and compliance with LOTO, OSHA, and client standards.
• Delivers actionable feedback and coordinates with project teams.
