Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking an Excellerate Quality Control Electrician to deliver quality control services across construction, engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities include QA inspections, coaching, and training to improve on-site performance. You will review drawings, submittals, and specs to identify quality issues, lead small crews, conduct safety checks, and ensure compliance with LOTO and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years electrical or quality experience.
• Travel: 0-10% based on company need.
• Flexible schedule; 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; may include nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conducts Quality inspections for layout conduits, lighting systems, and basic control systems and feeders.
• Conducts Quality inspections of installation of manufactured products.
• Identify potential quality issues from review of construction documents (Drawings, Submittals, Specs, etc).
• Analyze startup/commissioning schedule.
• Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipates equipment installation standards, checklist procedures and training.
• Demonstrate the ability to complete an overall Quality inspection for projects of limited scope and size.
• Opportunity to lead small crews (2-5 electricians).
• Perform safety checks on job sites and maintains compliance with company safety policies, LOTO procedures, OSHA and customer-specific safety standards.
• Demonstrate excellent customer relations through effective problem-solving techniques.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to develop and refine processes related to job site quality and commissioning.
• Provide valid statistical information and analyses to commissioning foreman regarding on-site quality and startup procedures.
