Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections for conduit layouts, lighting, and basic control systems.
• Inspect installation of motor feeders and related components.
• Identify quality issues from construction documents and review startup schedules.
• Provide on-site coaching and training to enhance job-site performance.
• Lead small crews (2–5 electricians) when needed.
• Perform safety checks at job sites and ensure compliance with policies and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes related to quality and commissioning.
