Job summary

Huntington IT Commercial Technology team seeks a QA Testing Analyst Lead to supervise manual testing across multiple projects in Columbus and other sites. You will craft test strategies, coordinate ETL testing, and mentor QA analysts onshore and offshore to deliver reliable data solutions.

You bring 5+ years in ETL testing, strong Snowflake/AWS experience, and hands-on test automation skills; excellent communication and project coordination are essential for success in a fast-paced banking

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of ETL testing experience in data warehouse environments.
3+ years Snowflake and AWS experience.
3+ years leading QA Analysts on projects.
2+ years of test automation experience.

Responsibilities

Lead QA efforts for data ingestion, ETL pipelines, and data warehouse transformations across environments.
Perform manual ETL testing and validate mappings, transformations, and data reconciliation.
Execute SQL-based data validation for large datasets and batch processes.
Coordinate UAT activities with business teams and translate issues for non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to early automation by building initial automated test cases.
Document test plans, cases, and evidence in Azure DevOps.
Provide clear QA status updates and lead defect triage sessions.
Lead and mentor QA Analysts onshore/offshore and promote QA best practices.
