Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years ETL testing in data warehouse.
• 3+ years Snowflake and AWS experience.
• 3+ years leading QA Analysts on projects.
• 2+ years test automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA for data ingestion, ETL pipelines, and data warehouse transformations across environments.
• Perform manual ETL testing: source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, data lineage, reconciliation, and balance checks.
• Execute SQL-based validation for large datasets and batch processes; troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate UAT with business teams and translate data issues into business language.
• Contribute to early automation by building initial automated tests for repetitive validations.
• Document test plans, cases, results, and evidence in Azure DevOps with mapping spreadsheets.
• Provide daily/weekly QA status updates and lead defect triage sessions.
• Mentor QA Analysts onshore/offshore and promote QA best practices.
