Job summary

Pilgrim’s in the United States is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee FSQA personnel on the assigned shift and drive the quality management program, including product specification testing and adherence to food safety processes.

You will lead HACCP and SSOP, coordinate training, ensure USDA/OSHA compliance, manage hourly QA technicians (Kronos) and work with operations. Strong leadership and bilingual abilities are a plus; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred; or 3 years related experience.
• GFSI (BRC) training preferred.
• Supervisory experience in poultry processing or slaughter operations; knowledge of USDA/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSQA team activities and implement HACCP and SSOP.
• Coordinate training and report unsafe acts to prevent incidents.
• Communicate quality procedures and provide training to staff.
• Collaborate with operations and USDA personnel to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support issue resolution via root-cause analysis and uphold customer programs.
• Manage hourly QA technicians, scheduling and timekeeping (Kronos).
• Other duties as assigned.
