Tripledot Studios Limited, within Belka Games, seeks a Lead QA Engineer to drive product quality amid a busy game development cadence. You will lead the QA team, shape testing strategies, and collaborate with automation while ensuring high standards across mobile titles.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in mobile game QA, strong lifecycle knowledge, and hands-on leadership in testing, with AI-driven approaches and API tooling experience. Hybrid work and global scale are offered.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a QA role for mobile games.
• Deep understanding of the mobile game lifecycle.
• Experience leading QA teams (10+ people).
• Strong planning, organization, and leadership.
• Familiar with QA KPIs, test docs and strategy.
• Collaborating with automation teams.
• Experience with A/B testing and monetization.
• SQL and relational databases knowledge.
• Git and CI/CD experience.
• API/network debugging tools: Swagger/OpenAPI, Charles, Fiddler.
• AI in testing and integrating AI-driven QA.
• English and Russian at B2 level+.
