Job summary

Hasbro is seeking a Lead QA Engineer to guide the transition to AI-enhanced test automation. You will own automation strategy, drive daily AI efforts with our offshore vendor, and oversee the Selenium-to-Playwright migration with Tosca's AI features.

You will collaborate with SAP and P2M teams, ensure test coverage during Hasbro CLM migration to AWS, translate strategy into concrete plans, and report progress to QA leadership while identifying risks and next steps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA automation experience with lead-level ownership.
• Practical Tosca automation experience including building and maintaining scripts.
• Solid Playwright experience including migration from Selenium.
• Experience applying AI-augmented automation to reduce manual scripting.
• Experience with qTest for managing test cases and defects.
• Testing across SAP and P2M platforms.
• Experience with AWS services and migration projects.
• Experience directing or coordinating offshore QA/automation teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the technical strategy for AI-enhanced test automation.
• Lead the migration of automation suites from Selenium to Playwright with architecture oversight.
• Manage daily automation and AI activities of offshore vendor team, prioritizing output quality.
• Own test case management and regression/defect tracking in qTest.
• Collaborate with SAP and P2M teams to integrate automation into release cycles.
• Support QA needs for Hasbro CLM during migration to AWS, planning test coverage.
• Translate strategy into concrete implementation plans and identify risks.
• Provide updates on automation progress and governance to QA leadership.
