Job summary

Inspiration Global seeks a Lead QE in Berkeley Heights, NJ, for a long-term contract. You will drive QE for Corporate and Finance streams, lead in-sprint testing, and implement AI-based test generation and quality reporting.

You will coordinate Selenium, Java, and REST API testing, enable CI/CD, and ensure smooth production readiness with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years hands-on leadership of Agile QE teams with automation + AI-driven quality insights.
• Strong experience with Selenium, Java, REST APIs, cloud test execution platforms, and release readiness.
• Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, qTest).
• Exposure to GitLab and CICD tools.
• Experience with integration testing and data validation across multiple systems.
• Experience in Telecom rating & billing, revenue assurance, and related telecom workflows.

Responsibilities

• Validate end-to-end system integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems.
• Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous quality gates.
• Track quality metrics, risks, and readiness for production rollout; collaborate with Dev, Product, and Business teams to align testing with corporate and financial workflows.

Required Skills And Experience Experience

• Experience in Data Validation & Reconciliation Testing
• Strong Knowledge in Telecom (prepaid & postpaid) rating & billing, revenue assurance, tariff & discount logic, compliance & Tax, Regulatory, Domain expertise in telecom, corporate, finance, and accounting workflows from sprint to production
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
