EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Lead QA Automation Engineer with 8+ years of experience to drive test automation strategy and lead a team of QA engineers.

The role focuses on hands-on automation in Python, PyTest, and the design of scalable frameworks for enterprise applications, APIs, and Big Data systems. You will mentor engineers, guide test planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in QA automation and leadership of automation teams.
• Strong experience with Big Data testing and distributed data validation.
• Expertise in Python, PyTest, and test automation framework design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Proficiency with version control tools such as Git.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive adoption of automation best practices.
• Flexibility to use AI tools to enhance test design, efficiency, and coverage.
