Experis is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join the Quality Assurance team supporting Life Insurance projects. The role focuses on leading QA efforts, coordinating between onshore stakeholders and offshore QA teams, and driving test strategy and risk management.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, leadership, and proactive mindset, with hands-on testing using Java and Python, and experience with Selenium, TestNG, and CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Selenium WebDriver, and other testing tools.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber BDD.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts for Life Insurance projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders onshore teams and offshore QA teams.
• Drive test strategy planning, estimation, prioritization, and risk management.
• Ensure quality standards, processes, and best practices are followed across all testing phases.
• Lead creation and review of test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data requirements.
