Job summary

Oddin.gg is seeking a QA Automation Lead Engineer to define and implement our automation testing strategy. You will lead a team of automation testers, collaborate with product managers and developers, and drive best practices in automation testing.

You will design automated test scripts, build and maintain frameworks, and report on quality metrics. Experience with functional, integration, load and distributed testing, plus strong leadership, are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA automation, including leadership roles.
• Proven experience with automation frameworks covering functional, integration, load and distributed system testing.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Gaming industry experience a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define test requirements.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of software releases through rigorous testing.
• Mentor and guide junior automation engineers in best practices.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and tools.
• Report on test progress, defects, and overall quality of the product.
• Continuously drive improvements in the automation testing process.
