Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a QA Testing Analyst Lead for the IT Commercial Technology group in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on manual testing, planning and leading test efforts for multiple projects affecting Commercial Operations systems.

Responsibilities include coordinating testing, creating test strategy documents, and contributing to early automation while mentoring onshore/offshore QA analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years ETL testing in data warehouse environments.
• 3+ years leading QA analysts on project teams.
• 2+ years of test automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA for data ingestion, ETL pipelines and warehouse transformations across environments.
• Perform manual ETL testing and validate mappings, logic, lineage and reconciliation.
• Execute SQL-based data validation for large datasets and batch processes.
• Coordinate UAT with business teams and translate issues clearly.
• Contribute to early automation and identify repetitive tests for automation.
• Document plans, tests and results in Azure DevOps with traceable mappings.
• Provide daily/weekly QA status updates and lead defect triage.
• Lead and mentor QA analysts, set QA strategy and priorities.
