Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Lead Quality Analyst to head a team of QA professionals and drive AI-enabled quality operations. The role blends people leadership, governance, process improvements, and AI enablement to reduce manual effort while modernizing QA tasks.

You will collaborate with operations, training, compliance, and technology teams to implement AI-enabled QA solutions and establish governance around prompt standards and data privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in quality assurance or quality analytics with team leadership.
• Experience managing QA teams, scorecards, audits, and reporting.
• Interest or experience with AI tools, automation, and analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with QA platforms, dashboards, and process documentation.
• Experience implementing AI-assisted workflows in customer service or operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Quality Analysts, including workload planning and performance management.
• Own AI tool adoption for automating routine QA tasks and reporting.
• Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts for Genesys Cloud CX and Dynamics 365.
• Coordinate with clients, ensure alignment on test coverage and results.
• Identify inefficiencies, redesign QA workflows to improve speed and accuracy.
• Use analytics to identify quality gaps and automation opportunities.
• Log, track, and retest defects in Azure DevOps; collaborate with developers.
