Job summary

Uline, a North American shipping and packaging materials leader, is seeking a QA Team Lead to guide a high-performing team of QA analysts and automation engineers. You will shape testing strategies, advance AI-assisted testing, and drive automation innovation across our growing organization.

Lead quality initiatives, translate business needs into testing plans, and partner with business and technology teams to ensure quality from planning to release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years in Quality Assurance and automated testing, with 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
• Translate business requirements into risk-based testing strategies.
• Hands-on API testing experience with RESTful architecture.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of QA analysts and automation engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to drive team growth and success.
• Develop quality strategies that align with business priorities, reduce risk and ensure reliable, high-performing applications.
• Lead the advancement of automation and AI-assisted testing by implementing innovative tools, frameworks and best practices that improve efficiency.
• Partner with business and technology teams to ensure quality is built into every stage of application delivery, from planning through release.
• Track and report quality metrics to guide leadership decision-making and drive continuous improvement across testing initiatives.
