EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead QA Automation Engineer with strong Python expertise to join our engineering team. You will own QA initiatives, drive automation across the testing lifecycle, and apply AI-assisted workflows to design, implement, and evaluate tests.

You will build reliable automation solutions using Pytest, UI automation, REST API testing, and data validation, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to improve quality and efficiency across projects.

Formación

• Proven experience with Python-based test automation.
• Hands-on Pytest, Pydantic, and Requests experience.
• UI automation using Page Object Model and CSS selectors.
• REST API testing and Allure experience.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted QA workflows and LLM tools.
• Ability to decompose tasks for AI-assisted execution.
• Strong SQL knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for user-facing and back-office applications using Python and Pytest.
• Develop and maintain UI and REST API automation, expanding automated coverage across layers.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to test analysis, scenario design, and automation development.
• Decompose complex QA tasks into clear steps for AI-assisted workflows.
• Create, use, and manage artifacts as part of AI-assisted testing.
• Translate requirements into clear, testable scenarios.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated output for correctness and quality.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to adopt effective QA approaches.
• Take ownership of QA initiatives and drive improvements.
