Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design and deliver Python-based web applications and reporting tools for executive-facing analytics across firmwide technology programs.

You will own the full software lifecycle from development through production, move fast with architectural thinking, and influence leadership through strong technical demos and code reviews. You will build Python-based web applications and reporting tools using agentic AI, deploy them into Cloud

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and deploying production Python applications.
• Experience with Cloud Foundry, AWS, or equivalent PaaS/cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tooling and version-controlled development.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade Python web applications serving executive audiences.
• Own end-to-end deployment via CI/CD pipelines and enterprise tooling.
• Develop lightweight web front-ends through Python frameworks.
• Partner with program leads to translate reporting requirements into scalable software products.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development across the team.
