Qualifications

• 6–9 years of professional software development experience with a strong emphasis on Python.
• Strong familiarity in applying Generative AI capabilities, including prompt design and embeddings.
• Data-centric Python developer with enterprise data systems experience.
• Experience building scalable software in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Ability to stay current with AI trends and pragmatically apply them.
• DevOps background: Infrastructure as Code, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams outside of Technology to identify and implement AI solutions.
• Embed Generative AI into workflows for enterprise data products and ML platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Python applications and services.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and offshore resources.
• Partner with security, risk, and governance teams to meet enterprise standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for practical business value.
