Qualifications

• 9-11 years of data engineering experience including building data pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in data engineering technologies such as ETL frameworks, big data processing, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Deep understanding of database systems, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Experience with cloud-based data storage and processing technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable and reliable data pipelines for ingestion, processing, storage, and retrieval.
• Develop data models and schemas to support analytics and scalable queries.
• Leverage Hadoop, Spark, and Hive for large-scale data processing and analytics.
• Manage and optimize data infrastructure across cloud, containers, and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, and Product teams to meet data needs.
• Develop and implement best practices for data modeling, storage, and retrieval.
• Ensure data security and privacy compliance.
• Maintain documentation for all data processes and systems.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability of data infrastructure.
• Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor team members to grow technical and leadership skills.
