Qualifications

• Proven experience programming with Python for at least 3 years at a senior level.
• Experience with software architecture design patterns.
• Experience with version control practices (GitLab preferred).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to architecture decisions by evaluating approaches and technologies and aligning with project goals.
• Design, implement new software or modify existing software to add features.
• Identify and fix bugs with consideration of broader system impact.
• Develop tests to verify correctness and meet requirements.
• Design, develop, and modify software pipelines and deployment methods for automation.
• Collaborate with network specialists to ensure accurate simulation of parameters.
• Lead, mentor, and assign work to junior developers.
• Support and deliver technical updates to Government customers.
• Lead the transfer of tools and datasets from Unclassified to Classified environments.
