Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. is seeking a Pump Production Supervisor for our onsite San Diego, California facility. You will lead manufacturing teams, manage production planning, scheduling, WIP tracking, and ensure cGMP compliance while driving process improvements.

Expect a base salary of $73,000–$83,000 per year with a comprehensive benefits package, on-site training, and a Monday–Thursday 4:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule. 5+ years in manufacturing leadership and ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite required.
• Strong knowledge and application of QSRs/GMPs.
• Proficient in the use of common assembly tooling.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to lead a cooperative team and allocate resources.

Responsibilities

• Supervises manufacturing personnel and processes to meet production requirements.
• Ensures designated area complies with cGMP, documentation, and SOPs, with audit readiness.
• Evaluates procedures to promote efficient, quality manufacturing and tracks yields.
• Coordinates with Manufacturing Engineering to resolve production issues quickly.
• Promotes process improvements to raise output or quality.
• Tracks key performance indicators and utilizes data to drive decisions.
• Ensures optimal use of materials, equipment and personnel.
• Provides direction and training per policy and plans staff development.
