Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Brooklyn, NY. Qualifications

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license for the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with state practice guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and keep up-to-date all physician orders.
• Serve as a leader/mentor within the discipline and support rehab supervision in their absence.
