Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is hiring a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant (Full-Time) for a SNF/Long-Term Care setting in New York. Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatments under supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
• Lead/mentor in the PTA discipline and support rehab supervisor in their absence.
