Job summary

Piece by Piece Neurobehavioral Services seeks a Psychometrist Manager to lead a team of psychometrists and maintain a small testing caseload. Responsibilities include administering and scoring tests, supervising staff, training, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to protocols.

The role is full-time and on-site at our Oak Brook location, with 50% or less of time spent on clinical cases and a caseload of at least one case per week. Collaboration with clinical and operations leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field.
• Certification or training in psychometric testing and neuropsychological assessment.
• Experience administering and scoring psychological and neuropsychological tests.
• Experience training in neuropsychological test administration and scoring.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques to keep patients engaged in testing.

Responsibilities

• Administer standardized neuropsychological and psychological assessments to patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Score test results accurately, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist with report writing, including background information and summaries of test scores.
• Management of the psychometric team that includes training, reviews, scheduling, and inventory management.
