Job summary

At Soluna Mental Wellness in Conroe, TX, we seek a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children, adolescents and adults. This outpatient, collaborative practice offers flexible scheduling with full administrative support and a mix of telehealth and in-person visits.

The ideal candidate holds an active Texas license, DEA registration, and a strong clinical judgment with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain before start date.
• Current DEA registration.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Comfortable providing care via telehealth and in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care.
• Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
