Job summary

Soluna Psychiatry in Conroe, TX is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults in a collaborative, hybrid setting.

The role offers flexible scheduling, full administrative support, an established referral network, and the freedom to build a schedule that supports both patients and clinician well‑being.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain before start date).
• Current DEA registration.
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable providing care via telehealth and in‑person visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Provide ongoing medication management and follow‑up care.
• Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Deliver high‑quality, ethical, patient‑centered psychiatric care.
