Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5+ years engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems integration and architecture development for propulsion controls.
• Develop requirements matrices, test strategies, and MBSE documentation.
• Partner across functions to ensure unified control strategies and program convergence.
• Provide dependable customer-focused troubleshooting.
• Mentor engineers through investigations, testing, and design rationale.
• Support cross-team collaboration and agile release readiness.
