SPM, LLC is seeking a proactive Property Manager to lead a community and deliver exceptional living experiences. With 45+ years of industry leadership across 200+ communities nationwide, you will drive financial performance, oversee renovations, and ensure safety and appearance of the property.

Qualificações

• At least two years of proven property management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Budget awareness and financial discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Develop budgets by analyzing financial and market data to forecast performance.
• Set rents to achieve revenue targets and ensure on-time rent collection.
• Manage vendor payments, verify invoices and insurance, and coordinate with owners.
• Oversee lease enforcement, renewals, inspections, and evictions as needed.
• Improve occupancy through smart marketing and leasing strategies.
• Lead and develop staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Assist owner relations with updates and property tours.
