Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure the property's buildings, grounds, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose repairs, manage make-ready tasks, and coordinate with vendors to maintain a high-quality community.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and supporting budget planning for repairs and capital projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools and safe use of hand/power tools.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets and databases; PM system experience preferred.
• Mathematical skills for financial, administrative, and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in units and community facilities.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units and schedule vendors.
• Inspect grounds, exteriors, and common areas to uphold Greystar standards.
• Oversee safety and compliance with OSHA and MSDS requirements.
• Assist with budget development for repairs and capital projects.
