Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 10 years of project supervision in industrial or large commercial construction.
• Extensive knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety procedures.
• OSHA 30 Hour Certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes.
• Lead project startup activities, including job setup and site logistics.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, SWPPP setup, and ICRA/ILSM forms.
• Plan construction activities to support schedule, scope, budget, and quality goals.
• Monitor progress, costs, field conditions, and schedule impacts.
• Lead weekly meetings and coordinate with subcontractors.
