Job summary

FCL Builders, LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee industrial and large commercial construction from start to finish. You’ll supervise trades, coordinate with design professionals, clients, and subcontractors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (required).
OSHA 30 Hour Certification preferred.
Strong scheduling, cost control, and safety knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project experience.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Review contracts, drawings, specifications and subcontractor scopes to understand project requirements.
Lead project startup activities and coordinate with PM/PE.
Coordinate permits, inspections, SWPPP setup, and ICRA/ILSM forms as applicable.
Plan construction activities to support schedule, scope, budget, and quality goals.
Lead weekly meetings and daily subcontractor coordination discussions.
Maintain safety policies and enforce PPE and regulations.
