Job summary
EHS Support is seeking a Project Scientist – Human Health Risk Assessor to provide expertise on the Sediment and Risk Assessment service line. You will lead health risk assessments, develop exposure models, and mentor a team of scientists and engineers while managing client relationships and project delivery.
Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of consulting experience, strong leadership, and a background in regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of consulting experience with a track record of successful project outcomes.
- Proven leadership and staff development capabilities.
- Experience in business development and building client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead site-specific human health risk assessments for remedial investigations under CERCLA, RCRA, and other regulations.
- Develop site exposure models and identify receptors and exposure pathways.
- Support remedial decisions and assess justice of alternatives.
- Mentor junior staff and oversee multiple projects within budget.
- Engage with clients, regulators, and project teams to advance solutions.
