Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: 6 years, 4 leading project teams.
• Strong teamwork and project delivery emphasis.
• Ability to manage safety, compliance, and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide a team toward project goals.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and support.
• Mentor team members to enhance contributions.
• Communicate goals and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead safety culture and site compliance.
• Manage client relations and contract obligations.
• Oversee budget, procurement, and scheduling.
• Supervise staff of >10 FTEs.
