Job summary

Veolia is seeking a senior project leader to manage capital programs for water and wastewater assets, from inception through completion. You will coordinate engineering, operations, and procurement to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, 7–8 years in utility design/construction, and a PE license (or ability to obtain). PMP is a plus; travel to sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7–8 years of experience managing utility design and construction projects.
• Experience leading and managing teams.
• Experience developing and adhering to budgets and schedules for multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage $20M-$50M of water/wastewater programs annually.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering and Operations.
• Develop project plans, permitting, and internal funding approvals.
• Develop and review engineering drawings and permit submissions with direct reports.
• Oversee consultants and ensure standard details are followed.
• Provide monthly reports on financial and project progress.
