Job summary

Delek is seeking a Lead Project Manager to plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. The role leads planning, resourcing, staffing, procurement, and reporting while ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and reliability targets are met.

The position requires a 4-year degree, 8+ years of related experience, and a valid driver's license. The Senior PM will drive project execution across multiple initiatives within a dynamic energy portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Eight or more years of experience in a related field is required.
  • Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver capital projects with direction and oversight through the project lifecycle.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive project execution strategy covering schedule, budget, procurement, resources, quality, risks, and communications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to vet resource estimates, schedules, project financials, environmental/health/safety impacts, feasibility, or technical reviews as needed.
  • Produce scopes of work, project plans, cost estimates, AFE forms, schedules, MOC, and other required docs for project identification and evaluation.
  • Deliver clear, accurate communication to project teams, management, external clients and vendors while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
