Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with manufacturing or construction experience to lead turnkey projects from planning through delivery.

You will coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are completed on time and within budget. The role requires hands-on fabrication knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management required.
• PM experience in manufacturing or construction; PMI certification preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints/schematics; fabrication knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers as primary contact.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and complete turnkey projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules; track progress and address delays.
• Create and manage project budgets; monitor costs and participate in reviews.
• Request, evaluate, and select subcontractor quotes.
• Review bid documents with estimating to ensure timely, accurate quotes.
• Prepare material takeoffs and cost estimates for opportunities and changes.
• Manage changes in scope; identify risks and contingency plans.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to meet specs and delivery commitments.
• Prepare and present project updates, proposals, and requirements documents.
• Read and interpret blueprints and contract drawings for fabrication.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and management to estimate non-core costs.
