Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the Radiology Department. The role starts onsite, with a six-month path to a hybrid schedule, reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer for Radiology.

You will lead multiple complex projects, mentor teams, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years in project management, plus strong Microsoft Office skills; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5–8 years related work experience in project management.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Directs several complex projects with PM fundamentals to meet organizational needs.
• Mentor teams on project management standards and practices.
• Lead issue resolution and prioritize project tasks across departments.
• Communicate status of projects and issues to stakeholders.
• Manage project portfolio and drive organizational change.
