Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group seeks a Project Manager - Process Piping to develop and maintain a client base, manage HVAC/plumbing/process sales, and coordinate field labor with field leadership. You will oversee project management functions from concept to completion and ensure successful job execution while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in estimating, design, and/or management of HVAC projects from $50,000 to $25+ million.
• Ability to operate independently and autonomously to facilitate goals outlined by supervisor.
• Demonstrate integrity and ability to develop new business.
• Strong interpersonal and project management abilities with organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities to promote and finalize sales, including concept engineering, estimates, proposals, and meetings.
• Coordinate field labor and installation sequencing between customer and client leadership.
• Forecast budgets, control costs, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and manage contracts, procurement, and execution.
• Mentor staff and participate in recruiting, training, and coaching as needed.
