Job summary

Veridian Service Partners in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead residential pool renovation projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate crews, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

You’re a natural leader with 3–5 years in construction or home/outdoor services, strong communication, problem solving, scheduling, budgeting, and safety knowledge. Bilingual English/Spanish is a significant plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or field operations within construction, trades, or home/outdoor services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and estimating practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and field operations systems.
• Understanding of OSHA and general job-site safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop timelines, coordinate crew schedules, and ensure timely material/materials delivery.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and provide regular progress updates.
• On-Site Supervision: Manage on-site construction activities and ensure work meets plans, is safe, and correct.
• Budget Management: Monitor project costs, track expenses, and approve invoices to ensure profitability.
• Quality Control: Conduct site inspections and manage punch lists for a flawless finish.
• Team & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays.
• Permitting & Compliance: Coordinate permits and inspections with local municipalities.
• Change Orders: Discuss and obtain signed approvals for scope changes.
