Job summary

Jobot, a top California-based general contractor, is hiring a local Project Manager in the Sacramento area to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

This role emphasizes leadership, safety, and quality, with a client-focused approach across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with construction software: MS Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards.
• Mastery of reading construction drawings and updating project drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all teams.
• Monitor site progress and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Handle change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Provide leadership to field and office staff to drive project success.
