Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of project management experience in industrial construction or manufacturing facilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing capital projects exceeding $50 million.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple industrial construction and facility infrastructure projects with budgets over $50 million.
• Lead projects through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Facilities, Supply Chain and others.
• Review drawings, electrical diagrams, P&IDs, construction documents and specs.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, chiller and utility systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes and regulations.
• Manage contractor performance, RFIs, change orders, documentation and quality.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate utility infrastructure with providers, municipalities and agencies.
