Job summary

Tucker Paving Inc. in Winter Haven, FL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects from planning through completion.

You will manage schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors while coordinating with owners, engineers, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PM experience in construction, a strong grasp of site development, earthwork, utilities, paving, and a proven leadership track

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant construction PM experience acceptable
• 3-5 years of project management experience in construction
• Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor costs, approve expenses, and identify cost-control opportunities
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure adherence to plans, specifications, permits, codes, and safety standards
