Job summary

Siemens AG in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Project Manager for Fire and Life Safety Systems to lead multiple small-to-mid size projects with budgets from $100K to $2.5M.

You will manage project schedules, billing, subcontractors, and client communications, ensuring safety and compliance with NFPA codes and internal processes. This is a permanent, office/site role supporting customers in the greater Albuquerque area.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Technical experience in the commercial fire and life safety industry
• 2+ years of experience managing projects
• Knowledgeable of local and national (NFPA) fire alarm codes and regulations
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple sub-projects with small to medium complexity.
• Manage project billing, job cost reporting, and customer satisfaction.
• Guide technical or administrative staff and coordinate with the project team.
• Develop and maintain a project schedule and identify time-sensitive installation needs.
• Coordinate subcontractors and procurement of supplies.
• Review plans, specifications and costs; pursue change orders.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure safety compliance.
