Responsibilities

• Project scoping, permitting, and licensing.
• Ensure accurate completion of cost estimates, engineering design, and project close-out.
• Write and enforce contracts; ensure on-time and on-budget completions.
• Monitor and evaluate in-house or external engineering/construction workforces.
• Coordinate preparation, approval and distribution of standards, specs and contract language.
