Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field; or 3+ years leadership experience in utility design/construction.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Service Technicians, Designers, Expediting Clerks, and/or other clerical staff with coaching and development.
• Establish annual performance plans and monitor progress.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation through completion (scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, quality, stakeholders).
• Collaborate with Area Management and external customers to meet design needs for gas and electric projects.
• Lead process and system improvements to enhance design and construction business processes.
