Qualifications

• Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's with 3+ years of relevant experience, or
• Associate's with 5+ years of relevant experience, or
• High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Eng or PM with 3+ years experience.
• Well organized, detail oriented, able to handle multiple assignments.
• Strong interpersonal and management skills; effective with customers and teams.
• Strong analytical, technical and leadership能力; proven results.
• Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to respond to emergencies and travel within service territory.

Responsibilities

• Direct major system expansion, upgrade and new construction projects with oversight and monthly reports.
• Liaise with all departments; secure permits, fees and licenses.
• Ensure contractor adherence to specs; monitor schedules, costs, budgets; manage cost control.
• Conduct project meetings; document status and elevate concerns as needed.
• Understand gas/electric delivery systems; manage outages and permits for field work.
• Initiate contract close-out; evaluate contractors; process vendor payments.
• Address community concerns with Engineering and Regional Community Affairs; secure approvals.
• Review field drawings; assess environmental issues; develop SWPPP/EHASP as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures and perform related duties.
