Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead diagnostic software system projects supporting dealer-facing tools, manufacturing systems, and engineering processes.

You will coordinate scope, schedule, cost, validation, and supplier activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will collaborate with technical leads, program leadership, and internal teams to enable software-enabled service tools for diagnostics and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
  • Engineering degree preferred for role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong planning, execution, organization and follow-up with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
  • Clear communication of complex topics to diverse audiences.
  • Decision-making, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with technical leads, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and communicate technical details.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple electronic service tool integration projects under PM guidance.
  • Define project scope, schedule, cost, validation, and execution plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Track status and ensure projects stay on time, within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate plans with third-party suppliers of electronic service tools.
  • Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans through reviews.
  • Follow up actions from reviews and drive closure with stakeholders.
  • Analyze issues with technical leads and suggest practical solutions.
  • Coordinate resolution with program leaders, managers, suppliers and internal teams.
