Earth Bound Homes is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of custom home and Passive House projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, and teams to uphold our high standards of quality and sustainability.

The role emphasizes meticulous project oversight, strong communication with clients and design teams, and collaborative leadership across site teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in residential construction and 5+ years in a project management role.
• Experience managing custom homebuilding projects is required; Passive House or sustainable construction experience is a strong plus.
• Leadership skills to lead diverse teams and drive accountability.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects from design to completion.
• Create and manage project budgets; monitor costs and ensure financial goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules; ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate site superintendents, subcontractors, and trades; be primary client contact.
• Ensure work meets company standards, codes, and Passive House requirements.
• Anticipate challenges and adapt plans to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including contracts and change orders.
• Provide regular client updates and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and environmental regulations.
• Procure materials and manage vendor relationships; collaborate with Pre-Constrution and leadership.
