Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in project management.
• Demonstrated supervisory/managerial experience.
• Leadership, communication, negotiating, influencing skills.
• Experience in financial control within an engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Turboexpander Projects on behalf of Chart, directing all resources for successful execution.
• Provide clear communication to the team about goals, responsibilities, and feedback.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement to maintain project margins and improve on‑time delivery and cash flow.
• Drive financial performance in line with commitments and minimize negative variances.
• Own project scope, risk, and resource management; ensure risks are identified and mitigated.
• Resolve contractual and commercial issues in partnership with Commercial and cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain department standards and processes in line with industry developments.
• Monitor KPIs and report actions; support cost reduction, efficiency, and quality improvements.
• Ensure Health and Safety standards are adhered to as per policy.
